Help me! I can't post messages on the shoutbox from my laptop but i can do that on my phone so it's not a problem with my acc. This happened for the first time almost a week ago.

There exists a FAQ for this. What browser are you using for the shoutbox? Using a different one might solve the problem.

That's probably why, I switched to Firefox last year and it works much better. Google Chrome is also a good browser to try.

I don't suggest firefox, firefox is the worst browser out there. Besides, the shoutbox works in all modern browsers. What OS and what version of IE are you using? I haven't changed any shoutbox code this month so its weird that it would stop working now.

For IE, you need to find the About Internet Explorer option in the menus. For windows, it should say while its turning on?

Well... same goes here... I can't chat on the chatbox anymore either, but it seems to work fine with other browsers than IE on Windows 7... but I still have to refresh the page to view the new comments...

I can't do anything without the browsers version number. If you're on windows 7 you should make sure that you have IE9 (or IE10, for people reading this a couple months from now). You should avoid using IE8 if at all possible.

I was able to get a version of IE8 to test with and now the shoutbox should work fine in it =]
