I feel that Kyogre is the best of all the legendaries
It has and amazing Special attack, not to mention an awesome ability that benifits every water and electric pokemon, and it looks awesome.

I would say groundon even though he has several type disadvantages like water for example,but he has the sunny day effect plus he can know Solar Beam to cover. I also have used one in my over all team as an extra pokemon. Though Groudon is an extra on my team this pokemon defiantly makes up as an all around beast fulfilling my teams purpose.
