| What do you think has potential to be a team type or theme type in the elite four?
Personally, I think ground has a lot of potential. It's got great coverage, good endurance and a lot of overall potential. Here's a possible team
Worgedon
Volket
Brihme (geeky or nerdy)
Mayflower (geeky or nerdy)
Ohdax
I see a person in maybe African garb wielding this team |

| Psychic's got a fair bit of good Pokemon - between Voyant, Manumba, Wizzend, and Curander, there may be potential for a strong E4 member. Not sure how the creation of the E4 is even gonna happen. Maybe it won't even be type-based XD

| I considered non-type elite four
Maybe one elite four battle could be an inverse battle with some twist. Another could be a double battle...another could be something new. Not just testing the players ability to favorably match up, but to really and truly push there skills to the limits. Having different kinds of challenges can shape things up as well. Like having to knock out pokemon after a certain number of turns. It doesn't have to be gimmicky like the battle frontier though
Edit: I know! There could be four different challenges that are randomly decided right before you battle each one. (One of them being inverse) so you have to think on your feet to win. And you wouldn't have the same challenge for the same E4 each time you battle that one |

| I've been leaning towards pokemon themes that aren't necessarily types. Stuff like bulky pokemon, quick pokemon, pokemon that can cause status effects, etc. The PT Elite 4 isn't going to be exactly like the real games.

| Sounds pretty interesting  Could keep the E4 varied quite a bit. Not gonna lie - I'm not too much of a fan of the E4 being glorified Gym Leaders... but I do think their rooms are fancy  |

| I always liked the idea of the one/two type E4 members in the game. They are master's of that type and they battle like it, I see no problem with it being a constant. I am open to new ideas, however I've always been a sort of "Can't beat the classics" kind of guy, lol

| Maybe make it an actual league? like a huge tournament at the end of the region instead of the elite 4? or have different "elite members" as masters/grandmasters of the tournament that you fight for the championship or after you've become champion as an added challenge |

| Another idea that might be hard to implement yet would pay off if it was pulled off is an elite four that changed based on your team going in. Like maybe one would have a team that attempted to take advantage of any major weaknesses you have with three flexible/interchangeable pokemon. Like I said it would be hard to implement, yet really cool if it was pulled off...or maybe an elite four whose entire team depended on your biggest weakness |
