I am quite very new to the game, but looking @ this Nimbillow is not listed in the Pokedex, however is listed as an evolved form of Jurker? I am a little confused, is Nim simply not available yet, but the info is known? Nimbilow is the evolved form of Jurker, and evolves on Lv. 22. However, you only get Nimbillow in Solar, while you get Stritus in Lunar. Nimbillow can't be obtained because only Lunar version is out right now; it will be split into two versions when the game is done. Besides that, Nimbillow is fully programmed in the game; you even get to battle a trainer who uses one. As for Oculet, it is the evolved form of Vatick. Vatick evolves into Oculet on Lv. 18. Oculet cannot be caught in the wild, which is why the guide says to evolve Vatick. When Oculet reaches Lv. 36, it evolves into Voyant.

Slatter's moves seem to be absent. If it helps, It seems to start with Leech Life and Infection (Or it at least has them by the time you catch it.) and it learns Extract Life at level 13. It also learns Faint attack somewhere between there and level 19.
