| Use the Game Maker sprite editor, free and easy :D
Also, is there a limit of how small an avatar needs to be? :o

| I doesn't save as gif though. You need gimp. Free and simple to learn. It just makes the frames layers and then when you save as a gif, check a box to say save as animation. |

| You have to reset your cache of your avatar image to see it and have it show up. You might have thought it was the old one, but now that you refreshed the page, looked at it after wiping your cache, or any of many other things, you can see your new avatar |
