| I've updated the thread with a new Fakemon! Originally drawn as a favor to Kodey which can be seen in this topic, I've since decided to add it to the thread as well This also makes it the second Fakemon completed on that checklist a few posts up (which admittingly, I forgot about until just now XD ) It's currently named Barracruel, and it's near the bottom of the Dex. I'll post it here as well:
In addition, I've also drawn a Destork repose to replace the old one. I tried something new with the art, and even though it's minor, I think it adds to Destork's look pretty well  I replaced the older look with this one and placed it in the 'Dex. I'll also put the old one in a spoiler box for reference.
EDIT: In addition to the revamped Destork, I went back and made one for Gleeseed as well! Even though the design is exactly the same (it was one of my first Fakemon and couldn't bring myself to change it  ), I've touched up on the art so it's on par with my more recent work. You can go see it on the front page I'll also put the old Gleeseed in a spoiler box for reference:
EDIT #2: I also went back and touched up Ravenge a bit by removing a lot of the white border spots and smoothing out the shade-things over its eyes. It's not as major as the ones above, but I guess I should put the old one in a spoiler box anyway:

| After about a month, I've finally drawn another Fakemon for you guys to see This one is special - it's a part of a set of seven elemental dragons They come from a two seperate, but similar ideas that I've discarded a long time ago but decided to bring back. I'm currently trying to come up with proper stats for them in a chart (they all share the same stat munbers, like the Eeveelutions), but I've made the overall base stat total on the low side (and they may get even lower ) and I'm gonna limit their movepool as well. I was considering releasing it as a sillouette and waiting until I designed three of them, but since I haven't updated in a while, it wouldn't be fair XD Anyway, here it is:
Drawing that tail fin was nearly impossible for some reason. Maybe I'm getting rusty...? |

| Yeah, the purple hair was originally fire, so when I made it a water type, I kinda noticed the resemblance XD I have no problems with the look though - Suicune is a pretty awesome Pokemon I'm not sure if I'm going to keep the flaming mane on the fire dragon or if I'll save it for that FIre/Psychic idea I had.
Anyway, I've made tiny edits to the tail fin that I had problems with earlier, and I've put it on the front page as well I should put the old one on the first page in a spoiler box, but I'll leave it like that for now I'll place the current version here:
EDIT: I've updated the front page with more stuff! Here's a list of things that I've done:
- New Pokemon Added (Silkie, Chrysalip, and Grass Starter)
- Added a Pokemon Description For Teapoe and Barracruel
- Added Item Information for Teapoe and Silkie
And if you have anything to say about the Grass Starter's design, please let me know! It's important to have the opinions of others when making starters I'll post it again here:

| Thanks for the comments guys It's alright if you don't like the grass starter - that's why there's always three of them Of course, if the whole trio looks bad, then that's a problem XD
Anyway, I've drawn a new Fakemon today I was trying to finish another one but I didn't have the time. If you want a hint as to which one it would be, I'll just say that it's the evolution of a Grass Pokemon on the 'Dex For now, I'll post the new Pokemon here - my internet's acting up too much and I don't want to edit the main thread in its current state. Anyway, here it is:
This is Pebbark the Pet Rock Pokemon and it's a Rock type. |

| I've been working on something special over the past few days. While making some of these Fakemon, I've always wanted to have some kind of a map for them so I can visually display their locations. However, I'm not much of a spriter, and I couldn't really draw a map the way I'd draw a Pokemon. Well, I've found a great tutorial on making maps in HGSS style, and I gave it a try. After about four days of moving pieces around and constantly erasing stuff, I've gotten it to the point where I can't think of anything else to change, so I think I'm done I gotta find a place to put it (I'll most likely use that reserved second post), but for now, I'll just post it here:
This is part 1 of my 3 part region. The first region where you start will be called Pandine, and it is mountain-based. I'll post descriptions of all of the towns and other information as time progresses.
EDIT: Also, in order to kick off the new region map, I revamped Zephair's picture You can go see it on the front page I'll put the old Zephair here for reference:

I'm not actually making a real game, but I'm making ideas that could be used to make one. It'd be nice if I could make a game, but I'm not a programmer so I don't think it would be possible. But since you asked about Gym Leaders, I guess I could tell you Throughout the three regions, there are ten Gyms avaliable to challenge, with the first three being located on Pandine. You would need to have 8/10 badges in order to proceed, but due to circumstances (which I'm still working on), you'd have to miss two Gyms. However, you'd still have to go back for them later as a plot point. The Gyms are still using elemental types like the main games though, but it'd be cool if they were challenging.

Thanks It took me a while to make it since it was my first time really spriting. Also, I went back and touched up on Zephair a little more, because after looking at it, some parts were a bit off. I also lengthened the ears, because they looked a bit too small for flying. And yeah, I tried to make it look as cute as possible, so it could come off as babyish |

| I've decided that I'm going to go back and touch up on most of the older Fakemon here so they match up with my new style - whether that means simple recolors, reposes, minor edits (like I did for Fluffinch's wing), or complete redesigns, I'll make sure that each Fakemon here gets the attention they deserve. I've just completed Especk, which is a repose. I've put it on the front page, and I'll put a spoiler box of the older one for reference:
I'm still going to make new Fakemon, but the process may slow down slightly because of redesigns to existing species. They'll still most likely pop up frequently though In fact, a new one will be on its way shortly... |

| For fun, I've drawn up a couple of images, although none of them contain new Fakemon. One of them is alternate art of an existing Pokemon that was already revamped, while the other is a small picture containing two opposing Pokemon. I'm going to put a spoiler tag titled "Other" that will contain things like this that I might make later Rest assured though, I'll post some new Fakemon very soon |

Sorry I haven't drawn anything in over two months - I was busy with school stuff. I'm pretty much done with that now, but unfortunately, my computer decided that this would be the best time to stop working XD I won't be able to draw anything right now, but I have found a way to at least post something. I've gotten access to a scanner, so I can at least put up some concept sketches for you guys. It's not great, especially since I was originally planning on doing something better, but it is better than nothing
What I have scanned so far are two different pictures. One is a picture of an existing Pokemon in a special attire. I'd go more into detail about it, but it'd be easier if I finished the description of the Pandine Region first, so I'll hold off on that. The second picture is a picture of a new Fakemon. It's an Ice/Ghost type that resides on Mt. Snow. It is made of mist, and it specializes in singing. I'll post both pictures here:
I also have two sketches of the Sun Butterfly Fakemon (which still needs a proper name), but I did that after I scanned the first two, which means that I have to wait until the end of the week in order to scan it. I'll put it up when I get the chance.
Also, while looking through some of my drawings, I found a WIP version of Basilake's revamp. Since I'm not able to draw right now, I might as well post it here:

| Thanks for the support guys I forgot to get the Sun Butterfly images scanned, but I guess it leaves me with enough time to make more of them. So far, I've managed to complete a sketch of Polia's redesign I'll announce any other concept art that I manage to sketch before Sunday. In the meantime, I put up the sketches of Echora and Zephair on the front page, as well as making small changes to Birain and Polia's Pokedex information.
@Pazaza: The Ice/Ghost fakemon I made isn't related to your fairy idea I'm still working on the design for it, although the main body shape and some of its details have been completed. I'm just trying to focus on some of the earlier Fakemon (stuff mainly in the first 1/2 of the 'Dex, with some exceptions) before I get to the lower part, mainly because I have the first two regions planned out, but not the third one - it's hard to make fakemon for a region you don't know much about I'll PM you the design before I post it on the forum. |

| I've goten the pictures I told you about last week scanned, so now I can show you guys Unfortunately, they kinda came out lighter than I thought they would, so I decided to trace them over and color them in (effectively making them standard drawings instead of sketches) I've currently finished the Polia redesign - the Sun Butterfly will take longer because it's actually two pictures. I'm going to put the new Polia on the front page, and put the older one in a spoiler box. I'll edit this post when I finish the other picture
EDIT: I've finished the Sun Butterfly picture, and I've put it on the front page as well. However, I decided to use only the second picture, because the first one isn't as good and is more of a warm-up than anything else. Because of that, the lines for this one are kinda thick compared to my standard work because the size of the images were smaller than normal. It should still be fine though, so enjoy I'll put the old Sun Butterfly pic in a spoiler box for reference:

| Once again, I've gotten a few images scanned for you guys One is a redesign of Prilum, while the other is a Everost repose. I was trying to finish Lumorph's art as well, but I wasn't able to finish and didn't want to rush it, so that'll have to wait. At least there are two sketches of Prilum to make up for it XD I'm gonna go ahead and put the older pictures in a spoiler box for reference:
@ Darih: That's a pretty good idea I always figured that posting my newest artwork on the thread would be enough, but actually marking the spoilers with the latest artwork will help a lot I've already done this for Prilum and Everost, and I'll continue to do this for my newest work as well. | I've got some new artwork for you guys I meant to get these in last week, but I wasn't able to get them scanned. I've gotten a new computer, so all of the problems I had with my old one are gone (but I still prefer scanning over drawing digitally from scratch) Anyway, there are five different pictures, although one of them is just a rough sketch instead of finalized artwork. I won't be able to make them into official artwork yet since I'll be leaving for another week, so I'm going to upload them as sketches now and complete them when I get back. I'll put them all in a spoiler box since there are a lot of them:
EDIT: I've also gone ahead and edited Jellterr's 'Dex entry, as well as removing Beetro's Dex entry until I make a new one. |

| I've finished coloring in all of my sketches, so I've put them up on the front page I decided that I didn't like Beetro's pose in my sketch, so I didn't color it in - I'll draw a better version another time. As for the Jellterr forms, they're still a WIP as far as designs go, but I left them on the front page just to draw attention to the fact that it can transform. When I come up with finalized ideas for all of its transformations, I'll announce them, and most likely draw an image of each one. I'll also put the older images in a spoiler box for reference:
Also, my friend LaserStar and I are going to rewrite and come up with more 'Dex entries so that all Fakemon will have two high-quality entries each Look foward to that in a few weeks
@Pazaza: I like your Lumorph artwork. I ended up going with your pattern on the abdomen instead of mine - it's much fancier and the way I did it on mine made the whole wing-face thing look even creepier XD So yeah, thanks for your fanart, and feel free to do more in the future
@Kayren: I'm not really a spriter, so I haven't put much thought into the prospect of sprites. I'm not actually making a tangible game at this point in time, so I'm not really pressured into making any. I don't mind if people make sprites out of my Fakemon, but I don't really find it necessary to have sprites now, especially since I'm constantly changing the designs of various Fakemon. |

| I've drawn up some new artwork Instead of uploading redesigned Fakemon, I've drawn up sketches of new Fakemon for you guys I finished two Fakemon designs, although I thought of a snow angel Fakemon a couple of days afterwards that I wish I could have drawn then Also, only one of them is colored - I'm still working on a color scheme since it's a new idea. Anyway, I'll put them in spoiler boxes here as well as on the main page:
In addition, I've also drawn up another picture starring Zephair It's the picture I drew for my birthday, although I didn't draw anything scan-able until about two weeks ago. I'll put it up here as well as the main page under the "Other" section:
I'm also thinking about making a custom type chart with some reworked type interactions. So I'll be balancing out some of the types over the next couple of weeks, and when I have time, I can post it on the thread in some form.
EDIT: I've also gone ahead and written two Pokedex entries for both of them Consider it a preview of what's to come |

*Because the pictures are hard to see, I'll tell you the form names: Chariot Form is on the top, Knight Form is the tiny picture of the mid-left of the page, and "Total Defense" Form is the last one. The last form doesn't have a finalized name yet.
