Hey guys I've been busy making this game lately, called Tales and Legends.
It is an RPG game with magic/swords, skills, and a huge world to explore (WIP)
Not so long ago I decided to remake all the sprites, so I have nothing like gameplay to show you. You can still play the old
version on yoyogames: Tales and Legends (yoyogames) (OLD)
The game takes place in the province Pinemourn. There is character customisation and there will be different races to choose from (Lord, Guardian, Ape, Reptile, Beast, Tree, Orc, Elf). There will be skills as well.

| I like it. There is one glitch where after this troll thing attacked me my health wouldn't stop dropping. Other than that it looks fine

| Oh yeah I fixed that now, thanks! This isn't really a popular topic (reply please!!) but here are some new things I have now, which I will upload as soon as possible: I uploaded the newest version.
- New areas
- Controls are explained in-game
- A world map, also showing the player location (press 2)
- 2 quests, more will come
- Small part of the storyline
- Saving your progress (at the green saving stations)
- New weapons
I'm currently working on items and shops, and more areas and monsters. |

| I decided to remake the whole game, because I want a customisation system for the character, together with armor.
That's why I need to redo ALL the sprites of the people and monsters etc. and add arms and legs to them
Like this: 
I will update the yoyogames file with the rain and lightning, but I will not work on it anymore. Instead the ''new'' game will have all the features of this one with a HUGE (yes HUGE) world to explore.
I need a name for the country, the ''province'' the game will be located in, and names of temples, caves etc. Suggestions please?
Here is a list of province names I came up with:
- Elvetis
- Talivera
- Magriel
- Pinemorn/Pineorn
- Dewnrise

| yeah old version looks tight, can't wait for the new one.
For a country name, how about Lofthom (loft home or lof thom, whichever sounds better)

| Sounds good, I think I will have Lofthom as the country. I finished the customisation system now, but I'm still working on some sprites. I will upload it when the sprites are finished, with a ''test area'' to walk in.
EDIT: I added some new provinces, and the country is now called Iuvennea :)
I'm currently working on the sprite below, what can I do to impove it?

| the overworld map looks simalr to the Shaiya overworld map. is that where you got the inspiration? and the green thing, try and make it look more like whatever it is...what is it? the civilian looks great, except personally, i don't like the directly overhead. of course, im used to playing games like ledgend of zelda, final fantasy, and pokemon where the character looks almost like its drawn onto a flat peice of paper
