| It depends what you mean by 'Fluent', if you mean really well experienced, then to an extent yes. I am fluent in HTML and CSS. Javascript, PHP, and MySQL not so much, but Javascript I am near-fluent, whilst PHP And MySQL I am learning. And considering, I am not getting any requests at this moment, it gives me more time to learn these programming languages. |
