| A list of features has been requested, and many of you may be curious as to what's being worked on right now. So here is a list.
The main feature that is being worked on currently is PTO2.0 ( Pokemon Twilight Online version 2.0 )
PTO2.0 will include:
+ MMO based online play - no more 4 player only sessions, up to 200 players at once
+ Priority based information - server only sends info to the players close to you, excluding messages which are sent regardless of location
+ Improved server technology will reduce the amount of timeouts from the server. It will streamline communications, and allow for a more solid success rate on trading. Connections overall should be much more reliable.
+ New chat improvements! Players will be able to view the global chat ( all chat public, friend, clan, and global ) they will be able to send private messages, they will be able to execute certain commands through the chat, and will be able to change chat filters at any time. Chat scrolling will also be added allowing you to view previous chats.
+ Increased screen size ( 320x192 )
+ Account bans/mutes - accounts can be banned and muted to stop cheaters, and protect the online community
+ Admin/Moderator commands - admins and moderators will be able to ban, kick, or mute players. Admins will also be able to reward players.
+ Leaderboards/Adventure Level - stats will be tracked and shown on leaderboards, where you can check your personal totals and your worldwide ranking. Everything you do while connected to PTO2.0 will give you experience towards your Adventure level (1-200). Your adventure level will be displayed next to your name. Level 200 will require MANY MANY hours of play to achieve.
+ Weekly Challenges/Tasks - weekly challenges will be implemented which when completed, will reward a large sum of Adventure XP. Also Task lists will be built into the game ( permanent tasks ) which will unlock achievements and Adventure XP. Tasks must be completed while connected to the server to receive any rewards.
+ Instant Trade - trades and mixing records will no longer require you to log in to the PC in the pokemon centers. You will be able to trade with another player by walking up to them and requesting a trade.
Another project being worked on right now by Darih is Pokemon cries. He has already produced over 20 quality pokemon cries, and is working on more for Pokemon Twilight. Assuming he keeps up the good work, cries will be added to Pokemon Twilight. ( send him your thanks )
Bob is also working on the complete engine overhaul. This engine overhaul will increase fps, visuals, performance, and the PT experience as a whole. Everything from the bag system to the battle system will be completely redone to bring the game up to our high quality expectations.
Online battles will be implemented as soon as bob has redone the battle system. Online competitive ranked battles are one of our top priorities moving forward with Pokemon Twilight.
As soon as bob's new engine is written, we will expand the game ( new gyms, new pokemon etc )

| This looks really interesting. It looks like the online portion of PT is going to be completely redone. Just the thought of players starting clans and battling other groupssounds amazing  I'd type more, but I'm on my Wii since my computer broke down and typing is kinda hard

| Completely rewriting the system? That's a big job, and an interesting choice. Should pay off though. Lots of good features here, pity I didn't see this topic earlier.

That kind of stuff is obvious, if you take a second to research the game, the site, or the FAQ section (IDK if it is actually there, the answer).
There is Libritas and Dieces, the two legendaries, and there are three "mystical dogs" that are not dogs xD they're just the PT similar of Entei, Raikou and Suicune (Or Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, etc...). The point is: there ARE legendaries, and that "Mystical" family of three Pokemon :p

Dude, I have about 75 Cries done, so far, but I'm not at home, at the moment, I'm on vacation and stuff, but as soon as I have some time, I might have more of them done.
The thing is, Im off to France for a couple'months, to work, and I will not be able to do ALL the Cries just yet, but I might be able to do the number of existing Pokemon in the Game, so far (Or the ones that will be available, at least)...
Now, about the actual features: Online stuff looks promising, cant wait to try it out, I like the System you guys went for, with the chat and Mod/Admin stuff... :)
Now you just have to get the Offline game Pumping with new stuff! *-*
Cant wait for the new release! :P

Areas will be coming in an update, I'm told. As for Jark and Raow in particular, you can't actually get them yet. They're coming in later updates. |
