I'm sorry for you but you can only pick up sticks in certain months. I have got 7 of them 'cause I've picked them up in January or February. If you would like to trade me a pokemon with a great ball attached to it I would trade you a pokemon with a stick attached to it.

all you need to do is set your computers calendar to january or febuary. problem solved. dont forget to set it back afterward. you can do the same thing to find Myraid in the daytime

I've encountered one at level 12 and even level 14 before. The lowest I found was level 2.
