spelling in cases such as these are very important, cos that particular moved confused the hell outta me until i used it and realised it was wrong spelling.
dissapointing really, DM, seeing as you were the one finding grammatical errors in PT.
now I may be wrong on this error, you might be right but
shouldn't the other pokemon should lose hp first and then say "...was hurt by it's burn."
also the blue bar over the exp is too big as it doesn't fit.
but I really do like the battle engine, its pretty cool.

| The battle engine is very nice! I especially like the Pokemon animations. The only thing I don't like about it is that the "throwing the Pokeball" animation looks kinda jumpy, and the effect when you release a Pokemon could be worked on a bit, but other than that, I like it! Keep up the good work, and David C, your sprites are awesome!

i think on mine it was a bit over an extra pixel. it looked like 2-3 extra pixels to me |

| That happens depending on your screen's resolution. On my 1024x768 moniter, I never get that effect, but on school PCs with bigger moniters I do. |

| The screen size problems are really annoying. I may have to make there be several settings for different resolutions so it fits everyone. Sorry about the spelling mistake, punctuation's the thing I'm good at, not too much spelling. I'll fix it. How could the bit where you release the pokemon be improved cruzer? I tried adding light rays but it didn't really look that good.

| Well, when you release the pokemon, it kind of just appears, instead of being released as a scaled down version and then expanding to normal size (I can't think of any other way to explain what I mean...). Like PT, that pokemon releasing thing looks great. |

| Thanks. Pokemon Jade's development will be a bit slower for the while as I'm working on a game for the competition with David C. Progress will still continue though, and will go back to normal speed after the competition. |
